Prince Caspian

Sienna's review.  She and her grandma went to see it today.   She is giving me the low-down.

Mom: So, Sienna, What was your favorite part of the movie?

Sienna:  That's hard.  I can't have one.

Mom: You liked it all?

Sienna: Yes, except the witch part.  It was gross.  Grandma and I closed our eyes.  We didn't want to watch it.

Mom: So, did you still see some similarities between you and Lucy?

Sienna:  Grandma did.  And she thought Edmund looked like Jackson (a cousin of Sienna's).

Sienna: It was funny.  The mouse is funny.  It had a lot more fighting than the first movie.

Mom:  Could Ellie see it?

Sienna: No, probably not.  The witch and the demons are too scary.

Sienna:  The Narnians couldn't win without Aslan.  They tried, but couldn't do it without him.

Mom:  So how would you relate that to our life?

Sienna:  We can't have true happiness if we don't have Jesus.

Grandma Jane:  One of the best lines was when Lucy saw Aslan and Peter asked why Aslan didn't show himself to him, being the high king.  Lucy said, "Because you weren't looking?"
